Medi Life Healthcare believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the request may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items like flowers or eatables. However, refund/replacement is possible if the customer proves that the product quality was substandard.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 24 hours. The request will be processed after the merchant verifies the claim.
If the received product does not match the description or your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service within 2 days of delivery. Our team will review and make an appropriate decision.
For issues related to products under a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
For any approved refunds by Medi Life Healthcare, the process will take 5–7 days to complete.
